dum dum phone incorporated has introduced a new phone which isnt very good. it drops calls constantly, smells like feet, and has a huge price tag. fortunately the company had a great marketing strategy and everyone had to buy one. The problem began because the customers didnt read the small print that required additional and exponential payments, making the phones completely unaffordable. this is where we come in - the smartphone repo company. Our CEO, randy, dispatches us to repo the phones from the angry customers, thus freeing them from their payment obligations, and best of all, freeing them from this bad and smelly smartphone.
you should expect the customers to be slightly irritated by this situation. they may throw their phones at you or worse. take no excuses, just take those phones back and give them to Randy. do a good job and who knows, you might even get a huge promotion or a 30 minute paid lunch vacation ,Randys choice of course.
